The Reformed Body Exercise Therapy and Pilates

 

Established in 2004, The Reformed Body offers Pilates classes delivered by Exercise Physiologist , Karen Jacobs and her highly qualified team of Pilates practitioners; Helen, KB and Emma.  The Studio is fully equipped with many pieces of beautifully crafted pilates apparatus and our individual attention to you encompasses both the Classical and Contemporary Pilates work.

Our instructors’ knowledge of movement and anatomy ensures accurate & safe delivery of exercises suited to your health requirements so that you are guided towards a stronger, taller, more stable body. Classes are designed for you weekly to meet any hanging requirements, and are based on exercise prescription according to the latest research in optimising strength and movement. Instructors regularly update their knowledge by attending workshops and conferences chaired by both international and national presenters , and carry up to date first aid and CPR certifications.
